List matching onboarding locations, can be used to retrieve locations supported for this onboarding.

GET 
/v1/locations

The request must include postal_code and house_number; optionally include house_number_addition. If house_number_addition is omitted, all known EDSN-backed additions for the house number can be returned. If house_number_addition is present with an empty value, only locations without a house-number addition are returned. Results are returned in stable order.
